Sorry, I don't speak English, sometimes I have trouble expressing myself well. Modern monument: modern museum or convention center...etc.... Commercial buildings with gardens on top: Commercial Area surrounded by gardens, on top of the tile.... Anyway looks great!!

You can build a commercial area with gardens on top,  W2W in the middle area, and a modern monument by the sea... ?!?!? I hope to be of help :)

Hello Guys...the lot editor and start a new region have produced me a headache. So I've decided to go back to my old region. I'm going to reform some things, and continue to build new areas.
