The reason I published Gobansei-san's Sendai Station is because Gobanboshi-san got an error and couldn't render this work. So I rendered it on my behalf. With 17 squares wide and 4 squares tall, it is probably one of the largest works in the station. Details will be explained at the "H.U.D.A. Press Conference." The parameters are as follows Construction cost: $15,000, Maintenance fee: $80, Removal fee: $7,500 P.S. Ragutaro's published "HaS_Props.dat" and the "bldgprop_vol2.dat" published on the official SimCity website are required. I will be compiling the Hamura series here from now on. Now, on to the main topic. This work is the Hamura Municipal Library. It's a large building with one basement floor and three above-ground floors. At first glance, it's a building that doesn't really look like a library. The south side is almost entirely glass, making it a very bright building, so I tried to be careful with the details (though I'm not very good at it) As expected, using Omni is difficult. Originally, the east and north sides are supposed to be built into a slope, so I made some assumptions about that. So it's approximate. Construction cost: 9000 Demolition cost: 3000 Maintenance cost: 0–60 (depending on budget allocation) By the way, if you view it from the north side, a certain part disappears, and on top of that, due to another problem, I failed 8 times at rendering which takes 5 hours, so I didn't feel like fixing it. [ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION] スイミングセンターの修正は原因が分からないのでいつ新しいのに代えるか分かりません。 羽村シリーズはこれからここにまとめていきます それでは本題。 今作は、羽村市営図書館です。 地下一階、地上三階建ての大きな建物です。 ちょっと見ただけでは図書館と思わせないような建物です。 南側はほぼ全面ガラス張りでとても明るい建物なので 気を使ってみました (下手だけど） やっぱりOmniの使い方は難しいですね。 本来は東側と北側が斜面に埋まるようにたっているので、その辺は想像してつくりました。 だから適当です。 建設費：９０００ 撤去費：３０００ 維持費：０～６０（予算配分による） ちなみに、北側のビューにするととある所がなくなって表示されますが、 これのほかに別の問題のおかげで5時間かかるレンダリングに8回失敗したので修正する気が起こりませんでした。 ご容赦ください。 -

The real building has even more windows and is beautiful. The real place has a pool, sauna, and gym. During the day, people work on their diets, at night office workers get a good sweat in, and on weekends it's bustling with children. I don't think you'll find this online this time. (Just my guess) Also, I hope to continue the Hamura series from here. Ah, I haven't done my homework, haven't studied for exams, what am I even doing? You need the prop "bicycle." I forgot to include the prop “Bicycle.” I’ve always wondered, why doesn’t the Sims world have such a convenient thing as bicycles? Question I hope this prop will make a splash in the Sims world.
