1) ok. But if I on the other hand wanted more industry, what should I do? It seems that whatever I do, industry is deturmend not to grow... I have about 42k in my city right now 9k industry (jobs?) but I want more... And at the same time I want to reduce the rate of abandoning ®... apparently C isn't enough... but whatever I do industry won't grow... It grew just fine before I turned the clean air ordinance on... but then Industry completly stopped growing I turned it of but nothing changed... I could actually build a city without or almost without industry then? In that case what benefits do I lose if I ignore industry demand (advisor, not RCI-demand)... could I do the same with if the RCI had been maxxed

And one moore thing, everybody talks about different type cap relievers and lists of the lelieving buildings along with their effects. Where can I find such a list?

Thanks! Just a quick question. When I download mods, should I make a folder in the pluginfolder for them or should I just copy the files directly to the pluginfolder?

I have a problem too. When I'm done converting the maps they're all covered with water. I can see the landscape almost as it should be when I raise it fr
