  1. Don't really want to turn off all of the sound effects.... just lower the sirens. OR - better yet - somehow stop my city with 20000 from needing 10 police cars, 5 firetrucks and 5 ambulances to CONSTANTLY be responding to emergencies 24 hours a day. What is this? Sin City?
  2. Not sure if this would be a mod or not, but the sound of the sirens nearly kills the game for me. It is a constant nuisance. In a city of 50,000 and one criminal, 12 police cars ride around with sirens blaring - maybe they're going to get donuts, but it drives me nuts. Anyone dug into the sound files yet?
