you're right. I had assumed that since the app didn't give a dll-is-missing alert, I had it installed. So, unless it comes on a fresh install of server 2k3, I didn't have mscvp71.dll.

Interesting update! After installing Visual Studio 2005, I do not get the "ImportError: MemoryLoadLibrary failed loading tools3D.pyd" error any more. I have yet to restart, even.

I am also having the same issue as thatsarap. The trace seems to indicate that the zip is fine, though? Traceback (most recent call last): File "SC4Terraformer.py", line 1, in ? File "zipextimporter.pyo", line 78, in load_module File "SC4TerraformerApp.pyo", line 3, in ? File "zipextimporter.pyo", line 91, in load_module ImportError: MemoryLoadLibrary failed loading tools3D.pyd (SC4TerraformerApp.pyo is in the zip, and it appears to be trying to load tools3D.pyd) A couple notes with my setup though... I'm running on Server 2003 (R2), and am using an older graphics driver for performance reasons (nvidia 44.03)

  15. Grid secrets: a tutorial CJ

Date: 10/23/2005 11:58:39 AM Author: thegrindre bit = 8 bytes, 8,192 Kilobytes, 8,388,608 Megabytes byte = 1,024 Kilobytes, 1,048,576 Megabytes And this is what frndofyaweh is trying to share with us...quote> Except that: 1 byte = 8 bits, 1 kilobyte = 1,024 bytes = 8,192 bits, 1 megabyte = 1,024 kilobytes = 1,048,576 = 8,388,608 bits. not the other way around. But I agree, powers of two are quite useful when it comes to city planning, though they are only a minor part to a maximal city.
