There were bits and pieces of this strewn around the web, but nothing compiled, so: http://gaming.stackexchange.com/questions/107623/what-is-the-full-list-of-regions-cities-and-their-resources/107637#107637 (The images were all pulled from the game data; view 'em in a new tab if you want the full sized image)

you're right. I had assumed that since the app didn't give a dll-is-missing alert, I had it installed. So, unless it comes on a fresh install of server 2k3, I didn't have mscvp71.dll.

Interesting update! After installing Visual Studio 2005, I do not get the "ImportError: MemoryLoadLibrary failed loading tools3D.pyd" error any more. I have yet to restart, even.

I am also having the same issue as thatsarap. The trace seems to indicate that the zip is fine, though? Traceback (most recent call last): File "SC4Terraformer.py", line 1, in ? File "zipextimporter.pyo", line 78, in load_module File "SC4TerraformerApp.pyo", line 3, in ? File "zipextimporter.pyo", line 91, in load_module ImportError: MemoryLoadLibrary failed loading tools3D.pyd (SC4TerraformerApp.pyo is in the zip, and it appears to be trying to load tools3D.pyd) A couple notes with my setup though... I'm running on Server 2003 (R2), and am using an older graphics driver for performance reasons (nvidia 44.03)

But I agree, powers of two are quite useful when it comes to city planning, though they are only a minor part to a maximal city.
