    also I would like to say that I knew right away that this was a simgoober set of BATs by the excellent textruing. only Simgoober (and a few others) have the ability to make BATs this realistic. as for props, such shops usually dont have a lot of things outside of thier stores.

    heck, I may be wrong, but, I think this is the first growable to even have a NIMBY/YIMBY effect added to it. I dont frequent such establishments myself but I am tempted to dl these just so I can demolish them. thanks Simgoober for taking that step beyond the line in a tactful way.

    wow so much has been said already, but, I think Peg said it best. these lots add realism to SC4. even if you dont approve of the lots concept they do exist in modern cities. In fact, simgoober is saying that even he does not approve of this type of building by giving them a NIMBY effect

    I would like to comment on the vast potential for Peg waterfalls both pond and canal. ofcourse the "layers" will need to be trimmed to be thicker to make good looking waterfalls, but this has potential to be some kind of great hanging garden of Simtropolis...hmmm, do I hear a CJ comming?
