    Bought SC2013 DVD at Amazon. No off-line single-player mode. Returned for refund. Will stay with SC4/Rush Hour.

    It is not a derrick. It is an oil pumping unit. Derricks are used to drill the well. Pumping units are placed on the well head to pump oil.
