Hi i decided to play simcity 4 once again i would like to know where can i find max money. Im not 100% sure if it was called max money or something else but it did something like set the default simcity money from $500 to $9000000000000 money when ever i started a new city. if possible could someone help me in finding this file. Hi just want to know is it possible when your in region view you can have all that for building instead of going to diffrent citys all the time. As in you have full controll of the region and not changing all the time from on city to the next. I think someone did this but i don't know where If nobody knows what i mean i will try and explain better Thanks Mattw Ps if this can be done could someone tell me how to do it.

The viilage looks really goodcould i ask is there any change in the the transport or is that the same also don't want to be picky your cars are driving on the wrong side of the road but anyway when do you hope to give it out.
