so I reinstalled the 4G patch and tried to install the NAM but now I get this error and. Pressing a key closes the window. I still can't install I'm back to square one

Thanks. Can you please tell me what folder I put the patch and the NAM.bat in. This is the path I dropped the 4G patch on: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Apps\simcity4.exe. It said installation successful but then got the above error when I tried to install the NAM mod Thanks again

My kids blew up our city with a nuclear explosion 20 years ago. Now that they understand my loss at the time they got me a new SimCity haha. I installed the 4g patch first which said it was installed successfully, but now I am having trouble installing the NAM mod on windows 11. This is the window that comes up. I disabled ESET. I even did a system restore to remove the patch but unsuccessful. I assume i need to disable windows defender but it keeps referring to ESET I hope someone can help. Thanks
