well, somehow it started to working, when game freezes at city loading i minimized game via task manager couple times and it loaded city finaly. lmao. but its not the way it should be

i did everything as in the video. there is no other way to install i deleted everything and tried lowRAM/No RHW, still crashes

tried it didn't help, and i dont have any security software on my pc at all

of course it loads without it, i tried already. the question is why the 4gb patch is not applying correctly. can someone send me an executable of game and I'll see how it goes?

i need HELP because ive tried everything. Game crashes when loading city after NAM was installed. everything was installed according to the instructions. What i tried: 1.different game versions 2. compatibility settings and permission settings. 3. different patches. now i have latest patch. the result is the same, crash on city loading. Windows 7 64 bit, 8gb ram, i5. I hope you got some ideas that can help me
