Make sure you are building only at the left and up side of your city - any other direction won't build.

hi @twinzens - thank u so much for this! I've installed all zips yesterday... have some issues with them, would like your help if possible. I'm playing from my desktop (run on Windows) the Vanilla version (No Cities of Tomorrow) offline. I have issues with: A. like @epicsamg - i also get the population/worker/happiness display bug. B. Main issue i have is with the roads - they are functional for using and plopping on them, but when i connect two different roads - they are connected but cars won't run on the connect road (will U-turn at the intersection). Tried plopping a building on the connected road to force sims to get on it - and then i'm not getting cars at all in the city (not even "just passing through" ones), building won't populate. Hope you can help me, as the roads issue making the game unplayable... if can be fixed, i'll feed back more issues as i play along. Thanks in advance! Let me know if you need print screens or more info.
