Hi. I downloaded the CAM 2.1 installer from this site but when I try to install it on Windows 10, I get following error: "SC4 DatPacker failed to update your SimCity_1.dat file." I did a lot of Googling and tried several things but nothing works. There was mention of manually installing it, but I can't find anything on how to do a manual install. Thanks
