  1. Help accessing my mods

    Hello, I am having trouble acessing mods. I have dowloaded many building and mods that require no additional downloads such as the cheat dll mod. I extract them to my plugin folder in c: ---SimCity: ---plugins. I have also downloaded other things this way and they have worked. Any hints on what I'm doing wrong or what I need to do? Thanks from a newbie
