Hi All, Just got back into SimCity 4 and have been enjoying it! Just discovered mods and all their potential. I've had some success using certain mods like NAM, but I am struggling to install anything with seaport mods. I think I am overthinking it, but when I download the mods I have no idea where to unzip them. Furthermore, the BSC unofficial guide doesn't make it clear if I need to install the BSC function completely? Thanks!
