Hm... All great questions. I've experimented with taxes and I haven't enacted any ordinances. I have obliterated cities a few times, but I'm only working 1-3 cities per region. I'm going to experiment with zoning A LOT of residential in a city somewhere and see what happens. Thanks for the support

Hi friends, I'm playing the vanilla version of SC4 on a mac. Recently, I've noticed negative demand for all industries in all cities and regions. Idk if I did something or if it is a bug. I've looked through the forums and seen the opposite issue for industry and residential. Hoping for some suggestions Thanks, Tim

Hi all, I have been playing SC4 Rush hour for years but never applied a mod. I'm excited to now do so but have no idea where to start. I've heard NAM is a good one but I haven't been able to complete, or even start the installation, frankly. One says it wont open because it isn't an approved developer but when I bypass that and click 'open' nothing happens. I understand this may be a totally rookie thing but would really appreciate some advice. I have already poured through the forum but just don't get it. lol This is the 'tutorial' I'm referencing:
