Hello, I'm playing SimCity 4 for 5 years and I know all the things.but I want to build a city that only has midrise apartments.I know the densities and wealth levels but they are not very accurate. When I want to build a apartment, it will become a small house and I become very angry.I zone medium density and my demand is high but it doesn't work.and my watering system is okay.do you know any solution for this?
