I found it! I delete this (the one I am posting here "Services Package") mod and my community college and university are back to normal! I will go ahead and assume that this mod and the Education Package one conflict with one another. (which I don't even.... it doesn't have anything to do with the education buildings but whatever) Thanks for the quick reply though

I write this here because the original creator hasn't been online since 2016 and I need help. I am just going to copy and paste what I wrote to them: "I don't know if its this mod or if I installed it incorrectly but I can't do research on my university or see the amount of students I have on either the University or Community College. The option is gone and the prompt to check those things when you click on either building is blank. This, of course, prevents me from accessing The Great Works. I'll be taking a screenshoot and posting it here when I open the game." Is the Education Package one.
