Again, thank you greatly for your time and advice. I have removed everything from my plugins folder except for NAM and it did the same thing. Cannot drag rural highway without it being two way w/ a center yellow line which also happens when trying to drag multi lane roads. Also get the red arrow on several icons selections. I tried to remove all of NAM and reinstall it with no luck and have now removed all of it and tried to install the 3.1v just so I can get back to the game and now it does this in the 3.1v. I'm beginning to loose it...….ugh.

I installed over old version. Running digital download from steam. My flexible turning lane when selected is blank with red arrow also can’t drag rural highway or single track among other things. please help.....thanks!
