Again, thank you greatly for your time and advice.
I have removed everything from my plugins folder except for NAM and it did the same thing. Cannot drag rural highway without it being two way w/ a center yellow line which also happens when trying to drag multi lane roads. Also get the red arrow on several icons selections.
I tried to remove all of NAM and reinstall it with no luck and have now removed all of it and tried to install the 3.1v just so I can get back to the game and now it does this in the 3.1v.
I'm beginning to loose it...….ugh.
