  1. ?? I don't know what that all means. I'm not a programmer.
  2. I can't get this to work. When I click on the exe, a command prompt flashes on the screen and nothing else happens. No error message or anything. I acquired the .dlls from Cities Skylines and placed them in the folder. I have a newer version of .NET Framework. How do I get this to work?
