  1. I found out how to get it to work on windows 10. put it in C:\Program Files\Origin Games\SimCity\SimCitydata\locale
  2. All these videos I have watched are from windows 7 or 8. How/can I, do these from windows 10? Also the simtropolis website looks different for my then it does in all the videos...
