  1. Hello. This is my first Question. I have many addons on Sc4 rush hour, and I know how to create configuration.bmp for a long time. To create properly a map of region from an image file, it seems that Ctrl-Alt-Shift-R open a dialog box in order to load a greyscale bitmap, no special version or addon required. With this combination of keys, nothing appears. Does someone else have this problem? On other topics,deficient dialog box bug all the game. Thanks for an accurate answer.
  2. As I told to everyone, this problem probably comes from mods : I've reinstall the original sc4 on another computer, and Crtl-Alt-Shift-R load a dialogue box. I can then import to my usual machine. To conclude this topic, (can I?), I zoom on different mods and updates : BE CAREFUL, some functionality can be disabled! Thanks to everyone to let me try different external tools, and extend my knowledges!
  3. I must really thank a Nonny Moose, this Landscape Designer is operational. Whenever no one can explain the bug of the ingame control. Before, I tried to Use SC4Terraformer instead, but It seems that the file of Woannagaine is corrupt. SC4 devotion begin to have a strange, long time of maintenance! Is it?
  4. Nonny Moose, thanks for your answer. Before to try a greyscale map, i have verified if the command ctrlalt$%&^!R should open a dialog box in the Region level, but IT DOESN'T. On my configuration, it seems that this command is missing : ctrl-alt-shift-R ... and Nothing Happen. Sorry for the Bold character, I'm French!

    En : I Know how much precise is a previous file based on satellite datas. Whenever, this version watch many interests . The uncompressed file is plug and play in the Region folder. This region is partitionned to zone correctly main towns. Its concept is to try several potilical actions. It can be as from fondation, as with actual mayors(2014). A pdf file content all this informations. Up to you to do better, or, a little bit more difficult, hire actions! Future updates would have more precise relief, preloaded dates of fondations, ... Fr : Je sais ô combien il existe une version précise de l'île basée sur relevé satellite. Cette version présente plusieurs intérêts. Le dossier est plug and play dans les Régions. La région est découpée de manière à représenter les principales communes historiques. Il est possible d'y tenter plusieurs politiques, dès l'origine, ou avec les maires actuels (élection municipales 2014, voir un des fichiers pdf joint), d'y faire mieux ou, plus difficile, pire qu'eux! Les versions ultérieures pourraient soit être plus précise,soit avoir des villes à date préchargée pour leur création, ...
