Welcome to Richmond, population 240,000. It is the fourth-largest city of my fictional country, Jarraban (a member of the Alliance of Independent Nations), and also the biggest inland city. The capital of Diamantina province, it was the centre of the country's gold rush during the mid 19th century and boasts many historic buildings. This, along with the large number of wineries and tourist attractions nearby, give the city a unique charm. More snippets of Jarraban can be found on its wiki page here and throughout the AIN's forums. Been a while since I've done any extensive city-building, so might be a little rusty. Hope you enjoy anyway! Welcome to Royston, the capital and second largest city of Jarraban. With a population of 472,000, it is small in size. However, it packs a punch, wielding significant political and economic power nationally and throughout Australasia. Since becoming Jarraban's capital in 1924, it has evolved to be a cosmopolitan and chic city, embracing the modern whilst retaining elements of the old. Today, we'll be going on a little tour.Aerial view of the CBD and surrounding suburbs. Here is the patchlog file. I see that beside "File Patches Applied" it says 0, so the update definitely hasn't been applied. Hi all, I am running version 1.1.638 (EP1) of SC4. Downloaded update 1.1.640 from SC4 Devotion, but no matter what I do, it won't apply and nightlighting therefore doesn't appear on BATs. SimCity4.exe just shows 1.1.638 despite the installer saying the game has been successfully updated. Any suggestions as to what could be wrong? Not only do I have no issues running the game on my machine (Windows 7) outside of the occasional CTD, but it's a legit CD copy and all files seem to be in the correct location. I'm a bit perplexed really!
