Huh, the same thing happens to me. I was looking on here for a answer, and yet not one answer. My advice is to delete or disable all mods.

Ok, so the first time I played this I was fine, and able to play this. But now, I can load the game, but all I get is a black screen. Before this, I also could not save the game, I got a red screen, and had to close and reopen the game, just to get the same screen over and over again.

Ok, So I am having the same issue. But There IS a simple answer. The mod you have got might have not been compatible with other mods, or they just don't work. Just delete those ones, and that's that. Look for new mods to play and have fun with.
