Yes I had every single educational building built and played for like 50 years I think.

Nope it doesn't seem like I have that lot, when I get the time I will go delete all the education and civic lots and see if that works. Maybe by accident I installed a mod in a wrong folder, I have to find some time and go through all my plugins which would take a looong time.

I think that may be the only way to solve this, it might be a lot and not a mod who knows... Luckily my plugins folder is very organized by civic buildings, mods, etc so I'll probably start there. Thanks for the advice!

Yea I am trying to figure out what is causing this problem, I demolished all of my maxis education lots and tried with a 2x education multiplier and it helped ever so slighty but didn't change much. So I deleted that mod and now am stuck with what to do, none of the education lots I have increase education, I just used the maxis lots when building one city. Can the super demand ordinance do this? I downloaded that to build a city quickly, maybe that is why?

My city really doesn't have any custom education buildings in it, what mods out there adjust education funding or costs?

Bump! I still have this issue! Anybody know what it could be? Are there any mods out there that screw up education? Anything?

Lot name help I need help finding the name of the growable 3x3 coit tower, I have too many growing and its annoying. I've tried searching my computer from the name to 3x3, unfortunately I have a huge plugins folder so if somebody knowledgable with the STEX could help me find the name of the growable coit tower I'd appreciate it big time!

All of that is covered as the radius covers every inch of the map, nothing has abandoned, etc. Also I have other cities that have been going for a while with the same issue.

Well I am posting in this particular forum because I think its some kind of bug or other issue thats causing this. So basically whatever city I start and play the education always stays low and won't go up. I try building schools, colleges, etc, but still in the red, I still get a middle class and maybe some $$$ but after a while this haults growth. Education funding is also to the max and its still in the red. I have a lot of plugins and some mods, so it maybe a result of some mod or plugin, are there any out there known to cause this? Looking at my mods folder could the radius doubler mod have something to do with it? I have SC4 Deluxe, and everything else is fine, so really I have no clue what could be causing this! Any help would be very appreciated!

Yes i read the readme it doesnt help i think its a setting with winrar is there a way to change it back to normal?? I know its not a sim city issue but i only use this for sim city downloads so it would help a lot to fix it.

Im having a problem in winrar when i normally click download and it normally opens and shows a CD icon which id double click to install the file but now it just says video cd movie and i cannot open it. Its maybe some kind of setting can anyone help me if they know what it is??
