    Your Sims can now travel off the beaten path down non-functional tree lined country lanes. This set of lots contains everything you need to cut a dirt road across the largest cornfield. Adds a bit of visual realism to the SimCity agricultural landscape. 3 lots: 2x1 Dirt road and wall 3x1 Dirt road and wall 3x1 Dirt road and wall intersection NOTE: These roads do not function as roads (built on open grass area lot) so do not expect them to grow into regular roads or effect traffic flow. Plop cost of 40s and no monthly maintenance. Enjoy

    I agree...that is why I put this in residential, even though it is not a growable residential lot, it is still residential in appearence

    A series of 7 1x1 lots that can be used individually or grouped to form a suburban back alley. The lots contain garages and other items usually found in back alleys. The images shown are an example of how they will look when the lots are placed to form a back alley on a residential block. These lots will not grow. Look in the parks menu to plop them. 40s to plop and Zero to maintain. Enjoy!

    The New York Street Festival is a common site through out the neighborhood during the warm summer and crisp autumn seasons. Your Sims can enjoy a tasty treat from the many ethnic cuisines offered or test their luck at any of the many games chance. Whatever they decide, they're sure to enjoy the feast on the street! The images show how the 3x2 lot will look when placed adjacent to and opposite one another forming a closed-off street. Of course you can use it any way possible. It was built on a concrete open space lot and cost 5s a month to maintain. Enjoy!
