  1. How to update the Simcity 4 deluxe edition

    I recently bought the Origin version of Sim City 4. Played it for a while and decided it was time to get and install some mods. I attempted to install the NAM mod and during the installer process it said: "Your SimCity 4 does not have the required update from EA/Maxis. The game must be patched to at least version 1.1.638.0 in order for custom content to work properly." It goes on to ask if I want to install the patch. I continue until it brings me to a webpage in which is the file to download the patch "UPDATE_SKU1_TO_P1_B638". I get the same error message and issue as -kloveday. I went and noticed that the version that I am using right now is 1.1.610.0. I tried using the North American and EU version(SK2) to no avail. I know this is a rather old thread but if anyone could give me any advice, that would be great. Thank you.
