Yes it is possible! It is also possible to not have Industrial zones in the city as well. How do you do this? You will need another city to supply the freight needed to keep this High wealth city going. City #2 ( your freight city) needs to have a large amount dedicated to freight production. So, zone large amounts of industrial and you sure be fine. And of course, city #2 will need people to work there. So, zone R & C but mostly R. And no you don't have do this at all... lol. As means of making money, I recommend tourism and casinos. Keep in mind that these 2 bring in A LOT of traffic so build accordingly! Goodluck!

Hi guys! First off I want to say that I am one of the very few that actually loves playing Simcity 2013 regardless of all the hate it gets. With over 300 hours played, I truly think it is a fun game and I enjoy playing it a lot! The only problem I have is that there are not much active people playing it.
