    I know a game even worse than Big Rigs... SODA Off Road Racing for PC I can't even belive that the creators of the NASCAR games made this. The "3D" graphics look more like sprites, the voices sound so bad you can't even understand them, it's near impossible to even move up a place, you have to use the arrow keys, and the track creator doesn't even work. Those are just some of the faults with this game.

      Ideally, having just a region with natural features composed of MMPs (would definitely reduce the number of dependencies needed) would be good enough. It'd sure make for an interesting scenario or of some sort. Especially people with a knack for MMPs releasing their regions.

      Personally, I think such a thing would defeat the main purpose of SimCity: building your OWN city. Not a city by someone else...

      Making an aesthetically moulded region with already loaded natural features composed of MMPs and terraforming ready would be pretty interesting to offer people to build to there cities on though -- could even offer region challenges along with them ;)

    I was going to show one that was pretty small (pop. 500), but I'm having trouble uploading pictures and I accidently deleted the town too. I think it was called Sun Beach or something like that
