    Hi everyone. When I downloaded the plugin it showed up on my downloads but when I clicked on it it asked me how I wanted to open the file either using windows or using a program already on my laptop which I dont have.it said the computer doesnt recognise the file. Not sure what to do once iv downloaded it please help confused.com
