I've already registered multiple accounts on separate computers for SC4Devotion but they all keep being tagged as spambots after a day or so (I have not posted a single thing and only registered to view help)
That's strange. Maybe creating multiple accounts (same IP address) has triggered an anti-spam response. Have you tried contacting one of the admins over there?
Either that, or there may be spammers operating from the same IP range you have to use due to your provider. As CB said, your best bet will be a direct email to the admins.
