      It appears your IP address is in a range that we had blocked out after getting bombarded by spambots a couple years ago. I've since unblocked it, and you should be able to get onto the forum now.

  3. I've already registered multiple accounts on separate computers for SC4Devotion but they all keep being tagged as spambots after a day or so (I have not posted a single thing and only registered to view help)

      I've had the same problem as you. My account has been tagged that belonging to a spammer. I've asked help from dedgren and he did get me back up to the site, only to be blocked again due to the same reasons. I contacted him after, but I didn't want to be a bother so I stopped contacting him. That said, I rarely visit SC4D anymore. The LEX is still available though, but your best bet is to switch ISP.       Hmmm, I'm on a different physical location, PC, & ISP for now, so the new account I made hasn't seen issues. Thanks for the concern though.

    I suggest you use an elevation file offered by the government & convert it to a 961x961 (or whatever size your terrain) 8-bit grayscale image. And use CTRL-SHIFT-ALT-R while on the region view to import Laguna's actual height map. There are a few links online, or you can get one personally from UP Diliman NIGS, or UP Los Baños.
