    Yes... Otherwise you cannot draw roads outside of actual boundary

    Hello there,   I proceed as the instructions and the city boundary did get bigger. However when I tried to zone along the street the only place where "zoneable" was all within original city boundary. All extended part of city was unable to zone or plop anything.   Also the city boundary line looks broken when zoomed in. It doesn't really matter but sometimes kinda annoying when planning districts.    is there anyhow to fix these problems? Thanks
