Hi! I just want to share how I managed to remove the homeless in my city. Their were 61 homeless and I managed to reduce it by 1. This remaining, I think is bugged because I couldn't see the person. Just the icon in a house which isn't abandoned. I demolished that house, still it is still there. So I just let it go. Well, first I make sure I don't have rubbles or abandoned buildings, then I removed all my parks and ran it on cheetah mode. I make sure that I bulldoze immediately abandoned buildings. I don't know if this will work with the others, I just noticed mine while I was upgrading my coal energy to nuclear power. I am on sandbox mode, experimenting on what to do with the a city.
