I have a fairly large city, almost 100,000 people and I would like farms to start growing. I downloaded the SPAM pack because I learned farms will not grow in large cities, will the SPAM pack fix this? Is there another download that I can use to jump-start the farms or is it a fatal endeavour to grow farms in a large city? Any help would be appreciated
