  1. Can I have a link of a tutorial on how to modify or replace a building in Simcity 2013? Like the mod of Oppie ? .
  2. When you are plopping a bus terminal in the avenue they provide a u-turn slot. It is possible to make it plop-able without plopping a Bus terminal? I think it will help to reduce the traffic. congestion, because in some situation the sim need to drive at the intersection just to make u turn, when a u-turn slot is plop before the inter section the sim will easily make their u-turn without driving to the intersection where there is a traffic light and they will not be added to the cause of heavy traffic along avenues.
