    SON OF A GUN!!! Wow I just noticed I have a regular SimCity 4 disk in my "Sim City 4 Deluxe" case. Where the heck is my friggin Deluxe CD? Great, well now I know what the problem is. I was starting to get ticked too...off to purchase SC4 Deluxe...again :/

    I tried the C:\...\Program Files (86x)\Maxis\SimCity 4\Plugins and still no luck. CTD right away. There are Background3d0 to Backround3d4 in C:\...\Program Files (86x)\Maxis\SimCity 4\Plugins as well. I placed the .dll next to them, but still CTD.

    My game won't start since I extracted the files and dropped them in my main plugins folder. If I take the .dll out and start the game again, it will load normally to my region.   What am I doing wrong? I've downloaded the SimCity 4 Extra Cheats Plugin.dll, extracted the file from the window that pops up, and dropped the file in C:\...\My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins. I'm not placing it in a sub folder. My game will not start while the file is in my main plugins folder....??? Please help.
