can i ask if its possible to have RHW transitions that stays leveled(road surface) instead the highway support go deeper(a sort of inverted transition) so that land bridges be possible?

i'd like to add a question about city connection. can a city only be affected by adjacent city. because im thinking of building 2 cities that have 1 blank city tile in between(blank means only the highways that connects those 2 cities). is that possible or do i need a mod to do that.

but if that's the case then what are buses for since the volume would still be the same.

okay im just gonna ask it here. cause once i tried testing a city. I've divided this city into 2, the residential area and their workplace. i have set it up so that all of them would either use bus only or cars only in order to go to work. but i dont understand why is it that in traffic view, 5k sims in an avenue using buses is just the same in volume as 5k using cars. because the way i see it more sims can occupy a bus so it would take less number of bus than cars to carry 5k sims on that avenue therefore it should be less in volume, right?

Just a note: The RHW PDF found in the NAM folder wasn't supposed to be included because it contains references to items that don't exist, and contains things that have been updated at the last minute. is there any chance that a document like it be made that contains more thorough explanation of the RHW. im new to rhw as well as the nwm and these networks are completely overwhelming me. (although this is off topic, can u link me to something that would give me info on at least the capacities of the NWM networks because theres none in the nam folder.)

have you read the RHW pdf file in the documentation folder(plugins folder)? i too am a complete newbie in RHW, that tutorial seems to give a little bit of understanding at least of the basics.

i have the new nam 31 and i thought that symphony was included in it, but mine got the RHW and the default maxis highway in it not symphony. ive chosen standard installation. can anyone help me.

oh. well thats too bad. how about the congestion?? is there no fix for it too?

i dont know if this had been ask before im having a problem with diagonal road overpass over diagonal avenue(nam 31). first is that the pedestrians as it seem was able to go from the overpass to the avenue below(funny i imagine them leaping from that overpass), thou there are no problem with the cars just the peds. secondly, traffic congestion build up on this overpass as if its still an intersection. are there any solution in this problems. im a bit new so please forgive me if these had been ask before.
