Is there a way to make a money park like for sim city 4 I know sandbox has the money cheat but i dont the things sand box comes with like everything unlocked and maxed level also while playing sandbox I usually end up with huge negavtives like -40k and hour (I like making really massive bus systems to stop most road issues) If it is a simple file change then can someone explain where to look
