So would that explain why active cities do not show in the file listing?

Thanks Catty I found the cities folder but none of the cities I created show up? I wonder if they are stored somewhere else. This is all I could find:

In SimCity 3000 Unlimited I have some failed cities I created that I want to delete. However, I can't find them. They show the directory to load them in the game but they are not in that directory on the computer. Does anyone have some ideas where I can find them and delete them? Thanks for your help!
