My account is dead to me, and i never did find out the dependency for the green pool of waste texture, so i'm afraid i can't help you. My best guess is Cerulean's texture pack, but that is it. I hope someone makes a better version of this more suited to my Soviet Strike inspiration. Regrets go to my girly like tendancies in past uploads, for this i greatly apologise.

ugh. i'm physically sick with what they've come up with. all of that new age crap and the cakewalk difficulty has singlehandedly killed the franchise. i hope someone on simtropolis makes a GOOD one from scratch. Societies is (excuse me) a sack of s**t.
