    I need some help with my Medicare in a big city of 250k population. I cannot post a picture because file is too big. I have 4 quadrants and all have 4 Clients and a single hospital. All my hospitals are over capacity and i don't know whether to build another or is there some thing i can do to make that patients drop. is there a mod for a bigger Hospital, i really need it.
