This may seem like a dumb question, but how do I get those 3-lane highway-halves that connect to roads. I have the latest version of the NAM but I could swear that they aren't in there.

I was looking for something JUST like this. Got a HUGE downtown area spanning one quarter of a large map with 14 large elem schools to satisfy the demand. Havn't gotten this home yet to see if it has a greater capacity than a large elem., but even if not, it will offset the visual monotony.
