Lots are visually stunning. Great lot work. I have two problems, though - first, some of the lots in this series, and your I-HT series do not pay any taxes - I haven't seen that with the I-D complexes or the small I-M lots. That should be fixed. Mayors need their money (Numanboy also mentioned this issue above). Also, (this one is a little nitpicky) the queries have names that just look like a .dat file exemplar... 8.5/10, if tax issue weren't present, 9.5/10, if tax issue and query issue weren't present, 10/10.
