I kid you not guys, this took me three and a half hours. Probably the second easiest interchange to make with this mod, and it took me almost 4 hours; I felt like such an idiot. I almost rage quit 3 times and was going to rip RHW out of my game and use maxis highways, but decided you cant learn anything or improve on yourself that way. (Plus maxis highways are fug) Im trying to build the highway over a valley between two mountains in the city next to this, which took another 3 hours, but its still a fairly steep slope, and every slope mod I try either carves ugly cliff sides into the hill or wont let me build the network at all. This is by far thee most frustrating mod I have ever used, and I really hope its worth it.
I started this city on medium, and have eaten up all of its funds just on the road network. I had to take out a loan to build the last on and off ramps, and will probably need to take out another, when it comes time to actually start building the city itself.
Also, could someone explain to me how avenue/road underpasses work? I tried to place one, and I figured the 2 pieces connected with subway, but nope. As far as im concerned, its a whole to nowhere :/
