There is a funny exit off the 24 named "Fish Ranch Road", don't forget that one.

Alameda used to be a naval base and all the roads there are in a grid. It is medium wealth for the most part. Did you know Orinda used to be the home of Maxis? Their old HQ sits right off the 24 at "Theater Square". It was a building in SimCity 2000, maybe when the BAT comes out someone can make Theater Square you can put it in Orinda. The area along the 13 aka the Warren Freeway, is medium to high class so I doubt it is Oakland

I drive in this area every weekend, let me know if you need help. South Berkeley is a major ghetto, Orinda is a nice area, San Leandro isn't all bad, and how far south does your map go? Hayward, San Lorenzo, Castro Valley? I am off the map a little in Concord but I am in this area all the time for my job, let me know if you need to know the wealth level of certain areas, etc.
