wow, this game is terrible. I just spent an hour installing it, and 30 minutes playing it before I gave up on it. Has to be the worst 30 minutes of gaming I ever played.

I could use some help finding some CS$ buildings that employ a large amount of people preferably a few thousand people. I always have a high demand for CS$ but dont have a good selection of buildings to satisfy that demand.

My current project of modeling Los Angeles buildings has been put on hold due to time issues. In the mean time I am working on a project for school which will become my first BAT, modeling the Lyon Station by Santiago Calatrava. The pictures that i have seen of this building at night really arent that spectacular, not sure how i will handle lighting. I may look into getting assistance in that area when i get there. I may also need help with modding as well.

I am starting to make my first BAT in a series of Los Angeles buildings. I will start off with something fairly simple to practice on. I havent used BAT before but I am very good at modeling in autocad and importing into 3D Studio, so it should be easy enough to figure out. I plan on doing a series of buildings working up to Frank Gehry's Disney Concert Hall. The building i am currently working on is the DWP building http://you-are-here.com/skyscraper/1964_dwp.jpg also on my list are the City Hall, and Staples Center. any comments are welcome, i could also use some pictures of the DWP from street level.

glad to see im not the only one wanting to see some more buildings from L.A. I am going to try and make them as accurate as i can. It looks like i may be doing some work at a jobsite in downtown so i can get some good pictures while i am there hopefully. once i get a little more detail in the model of the DWP building ill post some screens

I havents notice anyone else posting this, so i might as well. While trying to find foreign sites for Sim City i came across this Turkish site that midway down the page mentions something about sim city 5 and shows some pictures that could possibly be from the came. looks cool http://www.simcitytr.com/

ahh!! i cant believe i just now found this message, i have spent most of my day today compiling my own list just about identical to this one, i just missed a few. next time i guess i should search harder

how did you get the roads to bridge over the highway like that. i have been having difficulties accomplishing that .

what is the status of the guggenheim? I got very excited when i found this post, but havent seen any finished version of it. Are you still working on it?
