    The packs worked but those light mods are just making it stay night and the building lights don't come on at all. It does included the street lights though. Am I missing something? I just need my downloaded STEX buildings to light up and simcity.com is still down. Other mods that would make the the city look better would be cool too.

    I am new here and I apologize if my questions were answered somewhere in a thread I may have missed. Thanks in advance for your help. 1. What do I need to get my lights working at night for my downloaded buildings? 2. Where do I find dependency files such as the LBT Mega Texture and Prop packs? I click on what I believe are direct links for them for various buildings but it always takes me to the main STEX page.
