SimCity Revisited in 2025

That's some absurd bits of story, getting banned for no reason at all If there are some hopes left for SimCity, I'd love to see the way agents work gets fixed, and then transport. They're so dumb when it comes to finding work or shops, It always irritates me when I see those Sims fail to commute correcly (going back and forth between 2 bus stops ???), The developpers never adressed these problems which caused a lot of backlash back in 2013. The game really has a good foundation but the execution is so messed up (curse you EA). But I suppose that would mean rewriting thousands of lines of code :/ I gave up SimCity quickly in 2013 and lost track of all the discussions around these problems as there were just too many. Now that I come back to SimCity, I think that I like the game more than 12 years ago, with mods and a much lower expectation haha. It's still very annoying sometimes but I can actually enjoy it now. -
Broken buildings and UI

Hey guys. Sorry for being late to the party. But I think I found the solution. Here's a step-by-step workaround : 1. When you get to the main menu screen after loading the game, do not load your current city but create a new region instead. 2. Claim a site / city then delete this region. 3. Now you can return to your previous city. When you restart the game again, remember to always create a new region and claim a site. It would not work if you just load a new city. In my case, I must first claim a site then load it to get rid of the bug. Let me know if it works out for you guys. Happy to see that there are still some folks returning to this title 12 years after this debacle.
